Application of general conditions

Protection of personal data in the contact form

Elteh d.o.o. pays a lot of attention to the protection of personal data, in accordance with the Act (ZVOP-2) on the protection of personal data and users’ rights. We obtain your personal data via the contact form. We use them for communication purposes (eg: offer, invoice) and do not forward them to third parties or market them.

For business needs, or in order to communicate with customers on the contact form, we require the user to:

• email address,
• phone (optional),
• company (optional),
• contact telephone number.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users!

All the mentioned data are stored at the electronic addresses of the company Elteh d.o.o. and we keep them as long as we have business communication with the user. Access to them is exclusively available to the company Elteh d.o.o..
